I work in a way that’s grounded, flexible, and led by what you need. At the heart of my work is Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a gentle, respectful way of exploring the different parts of you that might be in conflict, stuck, protective, or just plain exhausted. I also use EFT (tapping) to help ease overwhelm and regulate the nervous system, and I draw on a mix of counselling and trauma-informed techniques to support you in feeling safe, seen, and not rushed. Every session is tailored — we go at your pace, and you’re always in the lead.
Is therapy for you?
You don't have to be "in crisis" to benefit from psychological help. If you feel that you want to change something in your life or understand yourself better – it's worth a try.
